Delivery requirements
When placing a delivery order, the recipient's current phone number and correct address are required. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a non-refundable $40 re-delivery fee.
Safe drop-off
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be left in a safe location at the delivery address. If no safe location is available, the arrangement will be returned to the shop and a $40 re-delivery fee will apply.
For apartments and secured buildings, if we cannot gain entry and the recipient is unavailable, we'll leave the arrangement with the main office or management area when possible.
Once delivery has been completed, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
Delivery schedule
- No delivery on Sundays or Mondays (studio closed)
- Holiday deliveries available on New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas Eve only (pre-scheduled)
- Delivery may be affected by severe weather, supply disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances
