Refund Policy
All sales are final
We do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final. If you have a concern about your order, we're happy to work with you on an exchange under the conditions described below.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted due to error or dissatisfaction within 48 hours of receipt. To be eligible, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the item received
- A photo of the container
- A photo showing the water condition at the time of the request
Fraudulent or abusive return requests will result in denial of future orders.
Cancellations
Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable. The full order amount applies.
Custom and holiday orders are non-refundable once processing has begun, regardless of the cancellation window.
Perishable products
All floral products are perishable. Once an order has been received or delivered, ongoing care is the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for reduced longevity or damage caused by:
- Delayed pickup
- Improper handling
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Failure to follow care instructions
