Terms of Service
Business hours and pickup
Our regular business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All order pickups are by appointment only.
Our studio is located within a private residence. Walk-ins are not permitted. Clients must adhere to scheduled pickup times and respect our hours of operation.
Holiday hours
We are open for pre-scheduled deliveries and pickups only on New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas Eve.
New orders for these holidays must be placed no later than 4:00 pm on the day prior. Orders placed after this cutoff will not be accepted. We are closed on all other federal holidays.
Services offered
We offer a curated selection of cut flower arrangements and bouquets, dried flower arrangements, handcrafted indoor and outdoor wreaths, air plant art, and select potted plants.
Whenever possible, we prioritize locally sourced and sustainable materials. Services and product availability may vary by season.
Custom orders and floral availability
Custom orders with specific flower varieties or color requirements require a minimum four business day lead time.
A premium fee will apply for exotic or special-order flowers, including but not limited to dahlias, lisianthus, and ranunculus.
Substitutions and design variations
Minor substitutions may be made without prior notice to maintain design integrity and product quality. Clients will be contacted prior to making significant substitutions of focal flowers.
If we are unable to reach a client regarding substitutions within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to proceed in order to meet scheduled delivery or pickup timelines.
Because all arrangements are handmade and original, variations in flower placement and vase style may occur.
Seasonal and color variations
Flower availability and color tones may vary due to seasonal and natural differences. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Perishable product disclaimer
All floral products are perishable and require proper care. Once an order has been received or delivered, ongoing care becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for reduced longevity or damage caused by delayed pickup, improper handling, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to follow basic care instructions.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges are accepted due to error or dissatisfaction within 48 hours of receipt. To be eligible, clients must provide clear photos of the item received, the container, and the water condition at the time of the request.
Fraudulent or abusive return requests will result in denial of future orders.
Order cancellations and refunds
Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable. Custom and holiday orders are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Order review and fraud prevention
We reserve the right to decline or cancel suspicious orders. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
If you believe an order was canceled in error, please contact us and we will review the order upon request.
Payment policy
All payments are due at the time of order. Orders with declined, failed, or missing payment will not be processed.
Photography and animals
Photography is permitted only in the front exterior of the residence and in the reception room. Animals are not allowed inside the residence. They may remain outside on a leash with a handler or secured in a vehicle.
Pricing and design value
Pricing reflects the overall design, materials, and labor involved. Stem counts are determined to align with the value and intended design of each arrangement and may vary by style, size, and recipe.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances
Delivery and availability may be affected by severe weather, supply disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to fulfill orders or communicate necessary changes.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all studio policies listed on this page.
